Transfer Fees (Between Cities)

• Transfer Fee — 1 way: $250
  Pick up in one location and return in another. Covers relocation of the vehicle.
• Transfer Fee — 2 ways: $500
  Vehicle relocation at the start and end of your hire.

If you return to Nelson (same as pickup), no transfer fee applies.

Quick FAQs

Can I freedom camp?
Yes — the Hiace is self-contained (includes a compostable toilet). Please follow local bylaws and leave no trace.

What licence do I need?
A full driver licence is required. International licences are accepted.

Is bedding included?
Bedding can be added as part of your bundle package — just ask when you enquire.

How far in advance should I book?
As early as possible in peak season (Dec–Mar). Contact us for current availability.
